Payments
Wild Moon Collective LLC accepts exact cash, credit cards, and debit cards for all services and products. We do not split payments across multiple cards and do not accept checks. A valid credit card is required to reserve and hold all appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Out of respect for our clinical providers’ time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
To cancel or reschedule, please follow the prompts in your confirmation or reminder emails/texts, call 224-504-1114, or email hello@wildmooncollective.com.
Messages sent through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) do not constitute official notice.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $150 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Clients who no-show (arrive more than 10 minutes late, do not call, or fail to appear) will also be charged a $150 no-show fee.
This fee compensates our providers for reserved clinical time and is not a credit toward future services or products.
Children & Guests
For the comfort, privacy, and safety of all guests, children are not permitted in treatment rooms or the waiting area.
If you arrive with a child and we are unable to proceed with your service, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the $150 fee will apply.
We truly appreciate your understanding as we maintain a calm, focused, and safe environment.
Additional Terms
In the event of non-payment, cancellation of payment, or any charge dispute, clients agree to bear the cost of collection, court fees, and legal expenses if applicable.
There are no refunds or credits issued for late cancellation or no-show fees.
