Appointment FAQ

    We are known for skin care and natural-looking, antiaging aesthetic treatments & injectables.

    Our services include:

  • We recommend starting with a New Client Consultation. During this visit, your provider will take the time to understand your goals, assess your skin, and create a personalized treatment plan.


    Your $150 consultation fee is applied toward any same-day treatment or skincare purchase.

    *All new client appointments begin with a consult. The New Client CONSULT appointment does not guarantee time for same-day treatment, depending on the service.

    If you know what service you are interested in (botox, filler, facial, etc), we recommend booking that service. There will be time during your appointment to discuss other services as well.

  • We are often fully booked in advance, but openings do occur! If you don’t see availability that fits your schedule, please book the first available appointment that fits your schedule and then add yourself to the waitlist on the booking site. 

    You may also book with another provider. We are a team and as a client, any of our providers would love to see you!

  • If you’re experiencing technical issues with our online scheduler, please try clearing your browser cache or refreshing the page. You may also call 224-505-1114 OR email welcome@wildmooncollective.com for assistance.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by following the links in your confirmation or reminder texts/emails, calling 224-504-1114, or emailing welcome@wildmooncollective.com
    Please note that messages on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) do not serve as official cancellations.


    Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to our $150 late cancellation fee. No-shows are subject to the same fee. Thank you for respecting our team’s time and clients on our waitlist.

  • You will receive access to important pre/post care information via your pre-appointment paperwork. Please be sure to review and complete prior to your appointment.

    A Few Pre-Appointment Tidbits:

    • Please plan on arriving with a clean face.

    • No makeup on the area we will be treating.

    Filler Appointments

    • No dental appointments are scheduled 4 weeks before or after treatment

    • No Filler 4 weeks before or after any vaccinations

    • Allow a a minimum of 2 weeks prior to any major events in case of bruising or downtime.

    • To help minimize bruising with injectable appointments, we recommend:

    • Stopping fish oils, vitamin e, and turmeric supplements

    • NSAIDs, Aspirin, & blood thinners can potentiate bruising (if prescribed, do not stop taking without consulting with your prescriber)

    • Avoiding alcohol for 24-48 hours

 General FAQ

  • After booking, you’ll receive an email or text confirmation. From there, you can update forms, view appointment history, and manage upcoming bookings

  • Complimentary parking is available directly outside our building. Please allow a few extra minutes to arrive and settle in before your scheduled appointment time.

  • To maintain a calm, focused, and safe clinical environment, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.


    If you arrive with a child and we are unable to proceed, the visit will be considered a late cancellation, and the $150 fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize your safety and experience.

  • We accept exact cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not split payments across multiple cards or accept checks. A credit card is required on file to secure your appointment.

  • The best way to reach our team is via email at welcome@wildmooncollective.com.
    Our main number, 224-504-1114, goes straight to voicemail while we are treating clients — please leave a message, and we’ll respond within 72 hours.
    If you are an existing client, you may contact your provider via text for urgent treatment-related concerns. Non-urgent messages are answered during business hours within 24–48 hours.
